It can be a nerve wracking experience taking that first step into the Counselling Room and I aim to offer you a calm, non judgmental safe and peaceful environment for us to confidentially explore areas you may be struggling with. Therapy Sessions

In-room in-person sessions – £60 (50 minutes each.)

Online or phone sessions – £60 (50 minutes each.)

Couples in-room in-person sessions – £80 (1hr 15 minutes each.)

Couples’ online video sessions – £80 (1hr 15minutes each)

Supervision 

Supervision fee: £80 per 1.5 hours
